Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

ProductionAlerts.com (“ProductionAlerts,” “we,” “us”) is a service of the Film & Television Industry Alliance (“FTIA”). This policy describes what we collect when you use the site and subscribe to alerts, and how we handle it.

What we collect

We do not collect names, payment information, or precise location, and the site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We never sell or rent your email address, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver email:

Each processes data only on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments.

Unsubscribing and your choices

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all email immediately. You can also ask us to delete your email address entirely by writing to alerts@productionalerts.com; we honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information. Contact us at the address above to exercise them.

Cookies

The site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security purposes.

Data retention

We keep your email address while you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain only the suppression record needed to make sure we don’t email you again.

Children

ProductionAlerts is intended for working industry professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email before the changes take effect.
