Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of ProductionAlerts.com (the “Service”), operated by the Film & Television Industry Alliance (“FTIA,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or subscribing to alerts, you agree to them.
What the Service is
ProductionAlerts monitors public and industry sources and sends email alerts about film and television projects that appear to be entering development, pre-production, or casting. Alerts are informational signals — leads, not listings.
No guarantee of accuracy or outcome
Detections are produced by automated systems interpreting third-party sources. We work to keep them accurate and timely, but we don’t warrant that any alert is complete, correct, or current, that every project will be detected, or that a detection will lead to work, contracts, or any particular outcome. Always verify project details independently before acting on them.
Acceptable use
- Don’t resell, scrape, or systematically republish alert content.
- Don’t use the Service to harass production personnel or send unsolicited bulk outreach.
- Don’t attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Subscriptions
Email alerts are currently free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and software, belongs to FTIA or its licensors. Alert emails are for your individual professional use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, announced by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FTIA is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
